Account Receivable/Account payable assistant (full-time)

Job description:

  • Organize and check work information.
  • Verify the content of the work. Check the invoice.
  • Send invoices on schedule.
  • Manage customer information.
  • Return visit, follow up
  • Maintain a good relationship with subcontractor and supplier

Job Requirements:

  • Need to have a relevant professional background
  • At least one year of AR/admin experience.
  • Can use Office software proficiently.
  • Can be proficient in Shu Yong MYOB/Xero system.
  • strong learning ability. Familiar with the accounting system and logic.
  • Careful and responsible, with good communication skills. Have the spirit of teamwork. Attention to detail.
  • Good English skills.

 

Transportation dispatch assistant (full-time)

  • Organize and check daily work information.
  • Verify the job content and send instructions.
  • Manage customer information.
  • Return visit, follow up
  • Maintain good relations with subcontractors and suppliers

Job requirements:

  • Need to have relevant professional background, geographical knowledge of Auckland.
  • At least one year of relevant experience.
  • Can use Office software or CRM-like software proficiently.
  • strong learning ability. Familiar with truck dispatching system and have logic.
  • Serious and responsible, with good communication skills. Have a team spirit. Attention to detail.
  • Good English skills.

 

Monday to Friday 40 hours a week. Based on experience, the salary is between $20-$24
