Account Receivable/Account payable assistant (full-time)
Job description:
- Organize and check work information.
- Verify the content of the work. Check the invoice.
- Send invoices on schedule.
- Manage customer information.
- Return visit, follow up
- Maintain a good relationship with subcontractor and supplier
Job Requirements:
- Need to have a relevant professional background
- At least one year of AR/admin experience.
- Can use Office software proficiently.
- Can be proficient in Shu Yong MYOB/Xero system.
- strong learning ability. Familiar with the accounting system and logic.
- Careful and responsible, with good communication skills. Have the spirit of teamwork. Attention to detail.
- Good English skills.
Transportation dispatch assistant (full-time)

- At least one year of relevant experience.

- Serious and responsible, with good communication skills. Have a team spirit. Attention to detail.
- Good English skills.
Monday to Friday 40 hours a week. Based on experience, the salary is between $20-$24
